This knowledge base is intended for Husqvarna Automower users. The information contained in these pages is specifically for the Husqvarna product line and may or may not apply to other manufacturers. Much of the information presented on this site is provided by other automower users and may be edited for clarity and accuracy. Be aware that much of the information is focused on the X-line models and may not apply to all models. This work is offered as is with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness, it is a work in progress and will evolve over time as more users contribute to this site. As a reminder: DO NOT open your automower, doing so will void your warranty and cause possible damage that could be catastrophic. Service should only be performed by a trained service technician.
This site is maintained using an Airtable database and there are only two tables, Resources and Issues. Resources are everything from user groups to specific instructions on a topic. Issues are a bit broader and can be thought of as symptoms of a problem and they can have no or many resources linked to them. In general, the information from the linked resources is made available within the commentary of the Issue so you should not have to chase down the Resources, unless you need even more information. The Issues are found on the Troubleshooting page and should generally be the first place you look for answers. If you are a more advanced user you may wish to explore the resources separately as they often provide more information than the Issue page.
Perhaps the best part about this site is that it keeps getting better and better over time. Every user of this site has the opportunity to contribute to any of the issues and resources using Add/Update buttons found on each page. When someone provides a new Resource/Issue or submits an update for an existing one, we go through this information carefully before any new items or changes are published to the site. This ensures that we provide the best information available in a clear and easy to use format.
If there are features you would like to see you can add them to our Wish List. Of course, we can't make any promises but its worth a try.
Submissions that are in the publishing process can be viewed using the Backend page. From this page you will be able to see all of the entries and their status.
There is also a DISQUS community page where you can join the discussion on anything automower related.
That's just about it. if you have feedback please share it with us here.
